NIKITA’S YOGA AND MEDITATION CLASSES IN BURNHAM!

Nikita Thakrar, renowned Indian dance teacher had been practicing Hatha Yoga for five years before she qualified as a teacher in Yoga and Meditation at the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre - with centres worldwide, Nikita chose to do her training at a rural ashram in the South of India (Kerala).

The knowledge gained from her course has inspired her to spread/share her passion for Yoga across her local community. She now runs a regular class in Burnham, Berkshire on Mondays from 7.00-8.30pm. She also offers schools and corporate offices tailored Yoga and Meditation workshops.
